    Hello Giovanna, Just wondering if you've ever tried to use the pulp for anything? When I can tomatoes I save the skins & core, dehydrate then grind into a powder and use it like a spice, it's a tasty addition, my favorite way is to sprinkle it over ricotta toast. I was thinking maybe it could be done with the orange pulp. Thank you all for another lovely video💓

    In norway we dont have shortening, lard is not easily available either, is it possible to use butter? Or is coconut fat better?

    I absolutely love your videos, I know the immersion blender is quicker and easier, but your potato masher or by hand is so much better. The blender adds air to the sauce and changes the consistency. I stick to the traditional ways with you. By the way, the meat masher is fantastic. I have that same one. That was a quick Bolognese 90 minutes.

    Quite surprised how saucy it is normally a bolinase is quite meaty not saucy but I will try your recipe with mine only thing I do is full fat milk and red wine but I suppose butter is milk 😊 nice recipe

    _"My grandson loves it"_ I have never met anyone that doesn't love a good bolognese sauce and if they said they didn't I'd assume they are joking. I've been tweaking mine for at least a year, then I found the official Bologna recipe and made that... yep, that's more like it and it's pretty much the quantities used in this video too! The Italian Nonna's know what they are doing and in my opinion they are the highest authority when it comes to how this sauce should be made!
